Warm Up

Using a standard sled with 50kg of weight added

Push the sled 60 meters

Pull the sled 60 Meters

4 x 30 Meters Sprints with 0:10 recovery

2:00 recovery and repeat the set twice for a total of three revolutions.

Cool Down
